François-Michel DUGUET

With a background in luxury hospitality, a countertenor by passion and an author by vocation, François-Michel Duguet has led three lives of rare intensity simultaneously.

Trained at the Geneva Hotel School, he devoted 25 years to prestigious Parisian hotels before settling in Touraine with his wife Sophie.

Today, François M., owner of Domaine Plessis Gallu in Azay-le-Rideau, an exceptional 5-star holiday rental property, also devotes himself to writing. As an author, he published Entre ombres et lumières and Complots et secrets au château in 2025.

In 2026, he opened a new literary project with Ténèbres de cités – Chronique d'une narco-République, the first part of a novel trilogy on drug trafficking in France, followed by La France de mes 7 ans – Chronique politique d'un Français moyen (1956-2026).

For 2027, the project for Volume 2, Narco-democracy, is currently being written.
